Recruiter named HRINZ Initiative of the Year

ImpelHR Recruiter was recently recognised as the winner of the prestigious national HRINZ Initiative of the Year Award for 2002.

Three senior experts selected by HRINZ were asked to assess all entrants on the basis of their:

  • Contribution to the overall strategic direction of an organisations objectives.
  • Demonstrated benefits to the bottom line of the business.

In their summary, they noted that ImpelHR offers a seamless integration of the total recruitment process, which includes form generation, online applications and applicant rating, as well as high ease of use. The use of ImpelHR has allowed the University to test the effectiveness of its recruitment advertising. Massey’s recruitment website, jobs.massey.ac.nz, is becoming the job site of choice in the Manawatu region.
